I’m helping people to feel connected to themselves and the world around them. I support them into remembering who they are and make them feel again. Coming from acceptance and compassion embracing yourself the way you are, so you can integrate your own life story in a healthy and healing way.

My holistic approach is coming from a desire to help people in a more holistic way. We are so much more than our minds. When we connect to our bodies and understand its intelligent language, we live a life which is more fulfilled, more aligned to who we really are.

It’s not always easy to be here and sometimes there are moments we’re feeling lost. This is normal. But when we know how to reconnect and to stay calm in the midst of a storm, life will feel more like living and less like surviving.

Holistic mental health care helps us reclaim our body intelligence. It gives our bodies the reliable experience of feeling cared for, safe and free to engage life in the way that fits us best.

What is transpersonal therapy?

All experiences we’ve been through in our life, are saved in our minds and bodies. Often we forget about the somatic part of our experience. Our body contains all the memories and information about where you’re still holding tension, where you’ve been hurt.

In our daily life, when we’re feeling stuck or emotional, we often focus on our current life. But most of the time the emotional charge you’re feeling is way older. It’s coming from past experiences you haven’t been able to process yet.

In transpersonal therapy, we focus on feeling and experiencing in the here-and-now, but also let the body talk by feeling our emotions and becoming aware of our impulses that we haven’t been able to follow.

A session may include talking about what’s bothering you, focussing on your emotional state, grounding exercises, movement and dialogue. Our work together will be to access your inner voice and bodily wisdom, this will help you to move towards personal, relational and creative fulfillment.
